What do you love?
I have a variety of passions. One of these passions is my love to write and tell stories. I want to use this passion as a benefit to my career.
Describe a decision you made that was a failure. What happened and why?
I once made a large purchase from a stranger that I believed to be honest. I quickly realized that I had been swindled. I did not take the time to research the details of the exchange beforehand. I assumed that everyone else shared the same value of honesty as I did. This experience has taught me the value of research, preparation, and caution when making important decisions.
What motivates you?
Examples of good and effective leadership motivates me to work harder toward success and to be a more effective team player. I am also motivated by support from those I care about including respect and helpful feedback that encourages my effort.
